Improved queue handling inside IPRTR.
On queue full the packets discard depends now on packet priority: high priority packets are discarded by last.
A bug in MLM caused the failure of a ISDN connection under certain circumstances. These circumstances are: T1 >= 4500 and the first packet is lost on the line. Normally the first packet is not lost, but if the ISDN network take a little bit more time (a matter of milliseconds) than usual to establish the B-Channel after the CONNECT-ACK packet and the packet is sent immediately, the packet will be lost.
Fixed a bug in PPP related to inactivity timer. When PPP answered and incoming call, in some situation the inactivity timer was not initialized even if a new frame was received.

Fixed bug in TRFA file formats.
With version 4.8.0 we inadvertently introduced a bug in file format. User who updates from versions 4.7.x and below to versions 4.8.0, will loose their TRFA files.
Version 4.8.1 restores correct file formats, and “fixes”, without data loss, the wrong format of version 4.8.0. Users can safely update from any versions to 4.8.1 TRFA data will not be lost. Users should not downgrade from 4.8.1 to 4.8.0, otherwise they will loose TRFA data.
Fixed bug in PLINKE synchronisation procedure. It was possible that after a system reboot the sequence numbers of packets fall in a range of 100packets for which they were discarded.
