Abilis CPX Accounting for Windows, release 2.4

Added support for VtoH and HtoV (H323) and VtoI/ItoV/ItoI/toC/CtoI (IAX-Asterisk) type of calls.

Fixed a problem related to DLL loading that caused the crash of Extractor program.

Prior the fix, Extractor dynamically loaded the DLL at each extraction, allowing a runtime exchange of the DLLs. The DLL was unloaded using the Windows function FreeLibrary() , unfortunately this Windows function is buggy and does not release all the memory it allocated, the result it that extraction after extraction the available memory is reduced up to the crash of the program.

The fix consists in loading DLLs at program startup.

Fixed problem of autosave/autoextract feature which sometimes produced empty extracted file. The problem was caused by a missing protection between collector autosave and collector autoextract which allowed the extraction of .dat file which was just opened for save, and therefore still empty.

Added the possibility to add entries with same IP address but different TCP port.
